"Before coming under the leadership and guidance of (Pastor) Edward Kirkpatrick, I was really unclear about my call and purpose in the earth. Unfortunately, I lived most of my days frustrated because I knew there was more! Since serving under his ministry and undergoing his leadership trainings, I am now walking in the fullness of my call in the Kingdom and in the Marketplace as a Minister, Financial Educator and CEO. (Pastor) Edward Kirkpatrick has a God-given ability to not only help you identify your gifts, strengths and abilities, but to put you in the right environments that will cause those things to produce positive results in your life and in the life of others. That’s Kingdom. I have personally served and been under the spiritual and entrepreneurial leadership of (Pastor) Edward Kirkpatrick for over ten (10) years. "I have thoroughly learned so much about myself as a person and as a leader from attending these classes since 3.6.21. These classes have made me search deep and honest about my leadership strengths as well as my weaknesses. These courses have strengthened my commitment to ministry and our church's vision. The biggest epiphany for me has been my increased understanding of how crucial great leadership is to any ministry's success and how blessed I am to be submitted under great leadership. We have an awesome Executive Leadership in Apostle Edward Kirkpatrick and Lady Kimberly Kirkpatrick.....and the tiered leadership he's building is phenomenal. I am truly blessed to be in that number. As he follows the teachings of Jesus Christ, we follow our leadership! One of the other important things these classes has taught me is by showing what type of leader I am under on my job. Poor leadership stifles growth, progress, distrust, disharmony and unproductivity. It really matters where you serve just as much as where you work. I think it's important for us to take biblical principles and apply them to our everyday lives.
